Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • The item must have all original tags and labels attached.

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team after your return request has been approved.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
